Your Key Deliverables
You will be responsible for supporting the Marketing team in the execution of all marketing initiatives, advertising and promotional strategies for Brookfield Residential’s master planned communities and corporate homebuilding operations in the Toronto region.
You exude a strong desire to craft exceptional new homes, neighborhoods and communities, and to support the company’s commitment to creating the best places to call home.
You effectively work with and provide service to internal and external customers; share information and solicit input for team members, partners, and customers.
Marketing Communications :
Support the Marketing Manager with overall marketing communications, web marketing, and market research efforts.
Support ongoing project management, including the coordination of all ads, e-communications, web site updates, press releases, direct mail, brochures, newsletters, etc.
Proofread all materials for grammar and accuracy.
Support all aspects of event planning such as preview events, presentation centre launches, model home openings, topping off parties, realtor events, etc.
Organize, and maintain all collateral and marketing supplies.
Ensure ongoing digital information accuracy (websites, touch screens, etc.) and communicate necessary adjustments, where required.
Liaise with agency partners to ensure deadlines are achieved.
Assist with maintenance of the general contents of Brookfield’s community websites via the content management system in cooperation with the marketing team.
Source and liaise with third party vendors and consultants, obtain estimates, and coordinate production or delivery.
Liaise with builder partners to provide summary of meetings, planned media activity, traffic information, and answer community related questions.
Audit third party websites and Division website for accuracy as it relates to our homes.
Initiate and obtain information for design tasks with Graphic Designer, where applicable.
Act as primary marketing department contact for general lead inquiries, promptly responding to requests as initiated.
Monitor social media efforts for consistency and alignment with ongoing project and campaign activities.
Coordinate and submit award entries.
Administrative Support :
Track and report all estimates and actual expenses.
Weekly invoice review, coding, tracking, and follow up.
Work with division Customer Relationship Management database to export reports and input marketing campaign activities.
Support the coordination of all signage, renderings, floor plans, community brochures, aerial displays, impact graphics, builder story, site displays, necessary HUD plaques, exterior color boards, included features displays, maps, related collateral, and model maintenance contracts.
Update show home contact information spreadsheet, including address, contact name, active phases, product types, and any other information, as required.
Manage the Marketing storage space by keeping inventory levels current, keeping a report of collateral inventory.
Compile campaign reports in collaboration with the Marketing team detailing activities, budgets, return on investment, and findings.
Assist with the maintenance of the general contents of Brookfield’s builder portal.
Degree / Diploma, in Marketing or Communications preferred
Strong computer application skills with proven proficiency in MS Office Suite
Strong verbal and written business communication skills.
Proven ability to generate trust and confidence.
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
High attention to detail throughout all efforts.
Nice to Haves
2+ years’ experience in Marketing considered an asset.
Previous experience in the real estate industry considered an asset.
