As part of this transformation, we’re helping them expand their Global Marketing team with the hiring of a Senior Manager, Global Marketing.

The two biggest assets that define the company are their brand and their people. In this role you will be responsible for championing the iconic brand positioning worldwide, helping translate their vision into key brand touch points including visual identity, packaging design, signage, uniform, brand communications, among others.

Reporting to the Head of Global Creative Excellence, the ideal candidate with be a leader with solid brand management, communications and marketing experience.

You will be able to set direction, inspire and coordinate cross-functional, internal teams, franchisee teams and external parties.

You must have a genuine interest in brand development, digital, and a strong track record on developing marketing campaigns and programs.

Experience in QSR, retail or a fast paced, global environment are a definite asset.

Responsibilities :

  • Responsible for the brand positioning execution and its deployment across key touch points.
  • Ensures Global Brand Alignment, procedures and processes are executed properly in all region
  • Provides the regions with analysis and recommendations about most effective advertising campaigns and design (incl. restaurant signage, photography, merchandising, among others).
  • Oversees the communications and marketing for global campaigns, creating briefings, toolkits, which will help multi-country deployment.
  • Develops and supports training programs in marketing / brand positioning across all regions.
  • People Management
  • Search for insights through research to advise brand strategy and marketing decisions through data
  • Documents and disseminates information about fact-based learnings and best practices to team members.
  • Stays abreast on trends in the field and in touch with the market
  • Global marketing budget management
  • Desired Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of marketing / brand management experience
  • Ability to inspire, communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing
  • Brand Project management experience leading complex projects
  • Ability to foster teamwork among diverse groups and disciplines
  • Ability to manage schedules and meet deadlines in a fast-paced, rapidly-changing, global environment
