The ideal candidates must have 3+ years of Real Estate experience.Responsibilities will include a variety of legal administrative duties,including preparation of legal documents and correspondence.
Strongadministrative and organizational skills are essential. Candidates must alsoshow initiative, be able to work with minimal supervision and work effectivelyas part of a team.

Primary Duties Include
Organize and maintain client files
Prepare and edit correspondence and legal documents
Act as liaison between clients and clerks / lawyers
Enter docket and prepare accounts
Assist in managing the lawyer’s practice including opening files,filing, arranging meetings, scheduling hearing dates, arranging travel, etc.
Coordinate and monitor administrative functions to ensure completion ofwork accurately and in a timely manner
Manage bring forward system and keep lawyer apprised of mattersin-office
Other duties as required
Required Experience / Skills / Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of Real Estate experience
Legal Assistant Diploma
Strong technical skills (including Microsoft Office, Teraview and Conveyancer)
Ability to manage multiple priorities while paying attention to detail
Confident and dependable, with strong initiative and ability to work both independently and in a team oriented atmosphere
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to professionally interact with all levels of staff and clientele
Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
Solid typing skills
