Our client, located in Vancouver, is seeking a professional proactive receptionist with extremely strong administrative skills.

Much as this role is viewed first and foremost as the “face of the company” there are many administrative duties.

The successful applicant will have a proven background in multi-tasking, prioritization and organizational abilities.

Skills required :

  • Social Media savvy
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are mandatory.
  • Competent in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word and PowerPoint).
  • At least 1 year of experience in a similar role.
