The Role :

  • Execute a strategic plan focused on transforming the external installer network into a standalone division
  • Spearhead divisional sales and business development initiatives
  • Overall Profit & Loss responsibility for the division
  • Lead the development of sales and marketing strategies and materials
  • Lead the team in continuing to build a strong, sustainable pipeline of national external installer partners
  • Establish strong internal relationships and processes to ensure the operation will be resourced effectively to support sales activities
  • Identify and develop additional service lines in support of the external installer network
  • The Ideal Candidate :

  • This is a business leadership role so our client is seeking someone with a business background, MBA or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years’ of professional experience, with a minimum of 5 years leadership experience within the industrial construction marketplace with a focus on building out a business and a team to support this growth
  • 2 years of Profit & Loss responsibility
  • Proven experience in developing a business with an entrepreneurial attitude
  • Proven experience in building a high performing, collaborative and successful team
  • Strong knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Strong analytical, conceptual, organizational and problem solving skills
  • Capable of building, launching and managing projects / programs
  • Collaborative team player with superior influencing skills
