We are looking for someone who is energetic and is very passionate about the BMW Motorrad brand. In this position, you will assist clients in learning all about our amazing lineup! Along the way, your stellar attitude and customer service skills will help secure customers for life!
You must possess (at minimum) a valid M2 license to apply for this position.
Job Responsibilities :
Full-time Client Care Representative role
Passionate about the Motorrad brand and very knowledgeable on our products!
Must be able to :
Understand and implement our dealership process
Present and demonstrate inventory
Review, update and manage daily inventory reports
Organize and execute company events.
Frequent social media posts promoting products, services and events.
Create and execute strategies for increasing market share
Remain up-to-date on products, market trends and certification
Experience with Client Relationship Management (CRM) software considered an asset!
Education and / or Experience :
Prior retail sales experience is required.
Prior experience managing corporate social media accounts is an asset.
Product education, and prior sales management training are a PLUS.
