Maplesoft Group is currently seeking a Sales Coordinator to join one of our clients located in Ottawa

As the Canadian Sales Coordinator you will report to the Director of Sales / Marketing in Canada and assist in the development and strategic growth plans for Canada.

This position will liaison with Headquarters International Sales Coordinator. This position focuses on maintaining the core value to exceed service expectations of customers and Ambassadors, and supports initiatives to maximize retention.

This position will liaison with the Headquarter International Sales Coordinator to maintain constant new customer acquisition, set and achieve growth objectives for their individual business, and maintain a strong customer base in Canada.

The Canadian Sales Coordinator will also be responsible for partnering implementation of processes with the International Headquarters Sales Coordinators.

The Canadian Sales Coordinator maintains and nurtures relationships with the Headquarters Sales Coordinator, Training Team, Marketing Team, Communication Team, Events Team, Recognition Team, I.

T., Compliance Team, Warehouse, and Customer Service Team.

Tasks include but are not limited to the following :

  • Contribute to the overall growth and success of the organization by embracing the Corporate core values; we are One Company, we are accountable, we get the job done right and we empower others.
  • Responsible to execute Sales Department projects in partnership with the Headquarters Sales Coordinator and to assist in the process of market growth.
  • Partner with the Headquarters Sales Coordinator to develop and drive strategic direction and tactical execution of annual growth plan for Canada.
  • Growth plans to include : overall sales, customer acquisition (recruiting), rank advancements, and retention.

  • Partner with the Headquarters Sales Coordinator and Canadian Director of Sales and Marketing to help define and create specific reports, dashboards and measurements for Canada.
  • Reach MTD and YTD measurements and benchmarks personally. Report progress regularly.
  • Develop the corporate compensation plan, recognition programs, and coaching model as core competencies.
  • Embody corporate inclusion through positive and selfless promotion of others. Collaborate with all team members regardless of position and all departments with mutual value and respect.
  • Commit to open and honest dialogue with peers and all employees for the purpose of contributing to corporate goals. Responsible for individual deliverables and holding others accountable for their contributions.
  • Achieve goals through collaboration, effective communication and successful execution. Meet deadlines with the resources provided and never compromise ethical standards.
  • Collaborate on multiple projects related to sales, recruiting, leader development, and retention simultaneously.
  • Attend Annual Convention and other company events as assigned.
  • Lead and participate in various projects as assigned.
  • Seek opportunities for personal and professional development. Attend all company required training and actively participate in development conversations with managers.
