Jr. IT Analyst to provide technical support to our clients workforce in their Sudbury Mines
Location : Sudbudy ON
Shifts : Shift Work - Some Night Shifts
Length : 1 Year (W. Extensions)
Provide mobile support for end users for tablets and phones.
Perform complex hardware and / or software upgrades to existing equipment
Perform troubleshooting to determine and resolve the root cause of most hardware or software malfunctions at the Mobility Level
Provide proper and prompt updates on projects and documentation assigned on daily basis
Provide onsite and remote support.
Field service support (surface, underground, remote etc.) for device, applications, and other IT infrastructure as required.
Education and training :
Post-secondary degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field
Minimum 1-2 years of experience supporting a technical environment
Knowledge and Skills :
Proven success in collaborating with multiple stakeholders to deliver IT services
Demonstrate ability to follow up on issues independently and ensure they are resolved promptly, escalating when necessary
Able to analyze technical issues and think critically to provide recommendations
Strong MS Office skills
Ability to work in a virtual team environment
Strong initiative and effective ownership of task management
