What you’ll doYou will have a vital role in the organization as you will champion consumer product quality expectations that meet or exceed our target market, translate them into product testing requirements that will drive enhanced quality products, and ultimately improve customer product experience and satisfaction.
You will also : Conduct hands-on product assessments and determine the acceptability of product quality through product evaluations, consumer usage and competitive bench markingDefine test and acceptance criteria for product to ensure stakeholder expectations are metEvaluate customer returned products for root cause analysis and CAP validationCreate and maintain Product Specification documents for each product line and / or product SKU in their assigned categories to support global sourcing activitiesRecommend product improvement or product dismissal to Product Quality Manager for decisionsConduct product complaint investigations, responsible for vendor and corrective action follow upsWho you areWe are looking for individuals who are : Creative and courageous, with the ability to manage in an environment of change and ambiguity to help us take bold, strategic moves in this rapidly evolving retail environmentAction oriented, and comfortable taking calculated risks to better serve our customers and businessOutcome focused, critical thinkers with the ability to analyze and visualize, to ensure continuous improvement across our entire businessCollaborative team players with superior influencing skills, who build relationships easily across various stakeholder groups to move initiatives forwardIf you’re curious, ready to take on new challenges and open to doing things differently to help us evolve rapidly, then this is definitely the place to be.
