About the role

The Sr. Analyst will provide actionable insights and analytics on media performance, and will serve as the primary analytics contact for the Universal Pictures team.

Additionally, the successful candidate will also establish a highly collaborative relationship with global analytics and media teams, thereby adding to the success of our client.

This position requires both a strategic and tactical viewpoint, aided by intellectual curiosity, strong problem solving skills, along with an understanding of digital and traditional media.

Some of the things we’d like you to do :

  • Develop dashboards to provide executive visibility into media performance
  • Work closely with cross functional teams (digital, performance, media buying and planning etc.), to ensure adequate analytical support for campaigns
  • Develop measurement strategies for individual campaigns, as well as long term learning agendas focused on macro level trends
  • Work with Ad Operations teams to ensure accurate measurement and tracking for all campaigns
  • Develop meaningful insights for regular campaign performance reports associated with client goals
  • Ad-hoc analyses using syndicated data sources
  • A bit about yourself :

  • Bachelor’s degree or post-secondary education in a business related or math discipline
  • 3+ years of experience in an analytics role; media / digital technology experience is ideal
  • Ability to create dashboards and reports using Data Studio and Datorama
  • Advanced Excel / Google sheets skills
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics, Google Adwords, Campaign Manager, DV360, Facebook Business Manager
  • Knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with cross-functional teams
  • Qualities :

  • Methodical, organized, and high attention to detail
