The Role :

Procom is seeking a Contract Administrator with a proven track record in a fast-paced Administrative role to join our team.

The existing team and volume of requirements provide a great opportunity for any Professional Administrator that is looking for a fast-growing organization.

Job Responsibilities :

Review documents for accuracy, completeness, and compliance as per company and client polices.

Follow the processes of the Client program and perform all tasks in a courteous and professional manner

Follow up with account coordinator on outstanding conditions

Ensure daily work is completed and addresses any outstanding issues with manager

Submit recommendations to improve work processes to manager

Keep up to date on the applicable documentation on procedures

Participate in special projects and carrying out any other similar or general tasks at the request of their manager or that may be required

Review work order entered in the system

Skills and Knowledge required :

Solid computer experience with quick, accurate PC keyboarding and navigating skills

Demonstrates an ability to learn new systems quickly

Effective communication skills (written and verbal)

Loves paying attention to details

Ability to anticipate work needs and follow through with minimum direction

Ability to perform at high levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment

Adapts quickly to a fast-paced, production environment including frequent changes in tasks depending on work volumes

Models great work ethic with a positive attitude

Works well within a team but also able to work independently with minimal supervision

Ability to demonstrate good common sense and sound judgment

Good judgment and decision-making skills
