Bilingual Customer Service Representative Job Description

  • Bilingual - English / French
  • Customer service support for Ampli via online chat application
  • Assist in other Operations tasks such as data analysis, system audits and offer management
  • Experience around operations and / or customer support would be ideal
  • Salesforce / Intercom or Zendesk experience nice to have, but not required.
  • Daily interactions with Ampli members via online chat
  • Solving member inquiries, escalations
  • Data entry and review
  • System audits
  • Quality control and offer management
  • Bilingual Customer Service Representative Mandatory Skills

  • 2+ years’ experience in Customer service, Call Centre or Operations environment
  • Must be bilingual, English / French
  • Full Microsoft office suite including Excel and PowerPoint
  • Able to work potential Saturday shifts when required
  • Excellent oral and written communication
  • Personable and collaborative
  • Solid attention-to-detail and excellent organizational skills
  • Bilingual Customer Service Representative Nice to Have Skills

  • Salesforce / Intercom or Zendesk experience nice to have, but not required.
