The Work :

Provide leadership oversight on critical ServiceNow programs atFortune 500clients.

Adviseclientson strategic decisions that help deliver collective outcomes on theirticketing roadmap, the CMDB transformation and platform DevOps.

Oversee the execution and architecture across (CMDB, ITSM, ITOM).

Provide leadership oversight and guide additional programs ata Fortune 500 clientthat rely on the CMDB transformation and manage dependencies.

Oversee KPI measurement, connect RAID log across all ServiceNow programs and lead steering reviews with VP community and CIO / CTO.

Coordinate and manage the relationship with the ServiceNow PS, Customer Success and Product Engineering leadership.

Lead and manage the implementation project team

Identify opportunities to provide additional value to our clients and to work internally with the ServiceNow account teams to progress

Drive the continuous improvements of our implementation methodology and service offerings based on client experiences

Strong background working with Enterprise Software companies and / or Consulting companies

Demonstrated ability to influence and consult (providing options with pros,consand risks) while providing thought leadership to sponsors / stakeholders in solving governance, program / project management, business process and / or technical problems

For now, all Accenture business travel, international and domestic, is currently restricted to client-essential sales / delivery activity only.

Qualifications

Here’s What You Need :

ServiceNow System Administrator Certification or in depth ServiceNow experience

Experience with MS Project

Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal) with strong presentation and facilitation skills

Project Management / Delivery experience or certification in project management

Bachelor's degree or equivalent (minimum 12 years) work experience. IfAssociate’s Degree, must have minimum 6yearswork experience

Bonus Points If :

PMP or CSM certification

Strong interpersonal skills, customer centric attitude

Proven team player and team builder

Strong organizational and analytical skills

Familiarity with SaaS deployments and its supporting architecture

A degree or equivalent, preferably in Information Technology and a proven background in consulting and project management

ITIL V3 or V4 Foundations Certification preferred

Hold a Government Security Clearance at a Reliability level or above; or alternatively have the ability to attain a Government Security Clearance.

Bilingual in English and French.
