Leading sales reps to success with a winning strategy

As our newest Territory Sales Division Manager (TSDM), you are responsible for both fostering the professional growth of your reps, while putting in place the strategies needed to win.
Coaching sales professionals to grow the business and themselves
As Territory Sales Division Manager, you lead our Territory Sales Reps to success with daily coaching and strategic insights.
With your help, they will expand our portfolio of services with existing clients, and grow their book of new business within an assigned territory.
Working in the exciting B2B technology industry, you are comitted to ensuring reps hit KPI’s, achieve plan and build pipeline.
You also shadow calls, help set targets and select great talent, fostering a high-energy, motivational environment. If reps are under-performing, you guide them to overcome obstacles and grow.
You also embrace the Challenger Sales mentality, coaching your sellers to bring fresh, compelling and tailored offerings to customers.
Shaping the strategy and vision of an organization
When not mentoring your team, you are using your sales expertise and business acumen to foster new relationships with our partners, uncover new opportunities and set the larger vision for your team.
You are experienced in analyzing sales forecasts, spotting trends and extracting concrete insights from highly-analytical, data-driven reports.
You also develop a deep understanding of our industry, always keen to learn more about what your customers want, and why.
