Territory Sales Division Manager

In light of these unprecedented times, Softchoice is committed to the safety of our candidates and our employees. With that in mind, we have implemented virtual interviewing for all candidates.

We understand that you may need to interview with distractions around you (such as children or furry friends) and we will most likely be doing the same! For those joining Orange Nation, we will be onboarding all new employees remotely.

Rest assured, though, that offering a human and inspiring onboarding experience is our top priority.

Leading sales reps to success with a winning strategy

Every great sales organization has two things : an extremely energized, customer-savvy salesforce, and a bold, strategic vision of the market.

As our newest Territory Sales Division Manager (TSDM), you are responsible for both fostering the professional growth of your reps, while putting in place the strategies needed to win.

Coaching sales professionals to grow the business and themselves

As Territory Sales Division Manager, you lead our Territory Sales Reps to success with daily coaching and strategic insights.

With your help, they will expand our portfolio of services with existing clients, and grow their book of new business within an assigned territory.

Working in the exciting B2B technology industry, you are comitted to ensuring reps hit KPI’s, achieve plan and build pipeline.

You also shadow calls, help set targets and select great talent, fostering a high-energy, motivational environment. If reps are under-performing, you guide them to overcome obstacles and grow.

You also embrace the Challenger Sales mentality, coaching your sellers to bring fresh, compelling and tailored offerings to customers.

Shaping the strategy and vision of an organization

When not mentoring your team, you are using your sales expertise and business acumen to foster new relationships with our partners, uncover new opportunities and set the larger vision for your team.

You are experienced in analyzing sales forecasts, spotting trends and extracting concrete insights from highly-analytical, data-driven reports.

You also develop a deep understanding of our industry, always keen to learn more about what your customers want, and why.

As an ideal candidate, you will also have :

  • 3+ years of sales management experience, ideally in the technology industry
  • 2+ years sales experience with a technology reseller, vendor or distributor, in a telephone based sales environment
  • Proven capacity to deliver measurable impact, be analytical and consistently meet quota
  • Excellent written, oral and digital communication skills
  • A post-secondary education (university or college degree preferred)
  • Additional leadership experience, such as sports coaching or volunteering, is considered
  • How Do We Hire Great People?

We believe in matching the right people for the right role. Once you’ve applied for a position, our team of Talent Advisors will review your resume and application against all open roles at Softchoice.

We also keep in mind any future or upcoming roles you may be a fit for. As part of our selection, onboarding and development process, we utilize tools to help us better match candidates with our roles.

Applying for a role at Softchoice is not complete until you have completed both the formal online application and the Predictive Index tool (PI).

Completing the PI tool will take no more than 10 minutes of your time.

If we see a match with your skills and our open roles, we will reach out to you to schedule time to talk so that we can learn more about you and you can learn about us.

Only those candidates selected for further consideration will be contacted directly. However, we will retain your application on file and would be pleased to contact you if further opportunities arise.
