SUPPORT ADVISOR FOR OPERATIONS AND CRM SYSTEM

Temporary position ( with the possibility of permanence)

The City of Laval has a new computer system, called RESO, to improve the citizen experience.

Thanks to this integrated counter, employees and citizens alike can follow requests addressed to the City and obtain more information. My file

A citizen request is ... a request for information or non-urgent intervention addressed to the City by citizens (including corporate citizens).

There are some 300,000 a year!

Mandate

As an advisor (era) support to operations and systems, you will act as a super user and provide operational support for a set of systems and applications in your area of expertise, provide ongoing training to business users and others process experts in your administrative unit and will coordinate in your department with regard to the definition and development of the various needs in maintenance, evolution and transformation of technology solutions.

You will produce various management reports, feed dashboards and participate in a set of large-scale projects in the development, integration and implementation of technological solutions and platforms.

Finally, you will coordinate activities linked to business process maps and participate in their optimization.

Job requirements

  • Bachelor of administration - concentration in systems information, management IT or any other relevant field :
  • Have four (4) years of experience relevant to the function, in particular :
  • Analysis of change and improvement requests , investigations and proposed solutions;
  • User support;
  • Definition of performance indicators and monitoring of a CRM type system.
  • Profile sought

  • Good listening skills and skill develop interpersonal relationships;
  • Know how to mobilize and ability to act as a facilitator in change management;
  • Be able to communicate effectively by synthesizing and popularizing information;
  • To be recognized for his creative ideas and for his sense of innovation;
  • Ability to organize and manage files.
