A part time Clinical Supervisor is required for approx. 15 hours per month including zoom and telephone meetings with the counsellors.
The Practitioner will liaise closely with the management and practice team and the appointments administrator. The role will deliver supervision and consultancy to Relate so that the quality, safety and accessibility of the client services are offered within the terms of Relate’s client service specification.
The supervisor will need to have extensive couples / systemic / family and young people’s counselling experience and have the qualifications to enable them to supervise a staff team of couple and young people’s counsellors, including trainees.
Knowledge of Relate’s Education and Learning Courses would be an advantage.
The Supervisor will need to be BACP accredited or UKCP registered. The supervisor will be involved in all cases where domestic violence and child protection are an issue and support the manager in counselling matters and client management.
The Supervisor will facilitate Case Supervision Groups and oversee all aspects of clinical practice at the Centre.
