What’s the job?
As the Customer Care Receptionist you will be responsible for greeting visitors and delivering exceptional customer in person and over the phone.
You are Centra’s first impressions ambassador with both internal and external customers. You will build relationships with prospective customers and Centra Owners and deliver a positive experience every time.
You will be responsible for assisting our sales team with calendar inquiries and customer follow up; this will include the responsibility of calling potential customers and answering incoming calls for internal switchboard transfers.
