TWG is looking for a passionate Senior Web Developer to join us on our mission to help build the most innovative enterprises and startups in the world.
We work with global brands, international startups, and not-for-profits to help take their products and services to market through beautiful, engaging, and accessible web experiences.
In this role you will :
Take on day to day engineering activities and challenges by writing code and submitting PRs.
Participate in information gathering sessions with clients to understand and define user requirements and website architecture
Recommend and implement pragmatic solutions for the technical problems our clients face.
Work with Product Managers, Product Designers, and QA to ensure studio projects are delivered on-time and on-budget.
Play a role in ensuring technical solution quality by planning and managing various aspects of a project including solution design, agile processes, and code reviews.
Collaborate with client stakeholders (both technical and non-technical) on product feature set and technical roadmaps.
Experience with one or more e-commerce platforms (bonus points if it’s Shopify!)
Experience working with one or more common CMS platforms such as WordPress or Contentful
Ability to translate static designs into beautiful, responsive web experiences using the latest CSS techniques
Ability to use code as a tool to solve practical, real world problems
Experience working on large-scale marketing & e-commerce projects through their full lifecycle of design, development, deployment, and maintenance.
You are able to adapt to new technologies quickly, and enjoy keeping up with industry trends, but understand the need to balance those investments with well-understood technologies that enable us to deliver high quality products.
Nice to Have
Understanding of design fundamentals and experience using Sketch, Balsamiq Mockups, Photoshop or equivalent design software.
Experience handling e-commerce and CMS migrations
Experience working on multilingual websites
Genuine interest in e-commerce / retail industry & trends

$80,000 - $105,000
