The Strategic Marketing Project Specialist ensures that projects related to the office of the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) continue to advance and works together with the various stakeholders.
Under the direction of the CMO, this position advances special marketing projects and events to deliver on the firm’s strategic objectives.

The Strategic Marketing Project Specialist will be responsible for various projects related to the office of the CMO which includes but is not limited to the following :
Research, analyze and compile board reports using various metrics for the CMO to effectively report on all marketing and business development initiatives and to drive our strategic agenda
Work with the Senior Marketing Team to move firm-wide projects forward
Develop project plans and provide project coordination on firm wide strategic projects and ensure these projects are executed on
Provide research and analysis support to the CMO
Consolidation of statistics, metrics and analysis for marketing metrics
Serve as point of contact for London office marketing requests, disseminate tasks to appropriate members of the firm-wide marketing team and monitor and follow up as necessary to ensure completion of tasks
Other tasks as identified by the CMO
Required Knowledge and Experience
Minimum of 5 years’ experience preferably in a law firm or other professional services environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
Verbal / written proficiency in French is an asset
This role reports to the CMO.
