John Molson School of Business (JMSB) at Concordia University is seeking qualified applicants for a probationary (tenure-track) position in the Department of Management to begin August 1, 2021.
The appointment is intended to be at the rank of Assistant Professor, but exceptional candidates at the Associate level may also be considered.
Qualifications and assets
Qualifications include a PhD in Human Resource Management or a related field (completed or near completion), a strong commitment to teaching excellence, and a research profile that demonstrates strong research potential and the ability to publish high-quality, insightful, and practically relevant research.
Qualified candidates in all areas of human resource management are encouraged to apply; however, preference will be given to candidates with teaching experience and / or interests in at least two of the following areas : HR Analytics, Performance Management, Diversity and Inclusion, Organizational Development and Change, and Health and Safety.
