ABOUT the job

  • Our client is a company that specializes in real estate consulting services in the Montreal area and across Canada. This offers, to diverse companies, real estate services such as;
  • spaces, lease renewals, subleasing assistance, market analyzes and so on.

    YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Establish customer relationships to support rental transactions
  • Decode legal documents in order to complete the invoicing of the transaction
  • Study marketing support and combine internal-external distribution of equipment
  • Prepare various presentations to be sent to clients
  • Manage social networks, preserve the brand image, develop different case studies etc.
  • Translate documents
  • Maintain the customer database
  • Email interactions
  • Classify correspondence and other files
  • Keep an up-to-date internal report to support the activities of the team
  • Manage the team calendar
  • Other related tasks
  • OUR REQUIREMENTS

  • Experience in administrative support, in the commercial real estate sector - an asset
  • Bilingual - French-English
  • Good organizational skills and ability to prioritize
  • Rigour, proactive in follow-ups
  • Initiative and autonomous
  • Knowledge of financial terms : must be able to calculate percentages, discounts and / or commissions
  • Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
  • Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software such as Maximizer - an asset
