A DAY IN THE LIFE

In this role, you will

  • Assist the business unit with opening national title orders,which includes managing and tracking
  • Assist with the implementation of new clients
  • Provide daily reporting of new orders and communicates with thebusiness until on turn times
  • Open incoming mail, sort and assign to team members
  • Perform quality control checks of documents
  • Perform data entry into our data bases and other documents asrequired.
  • UtilizeUPS for tracking of incoming and outgoing documents
  • Answer phone calls and emails from our clients.

    DETAILED JOB DUTIES

  • Open incoming mail, sort and assign to our recording teammembers
  • Assist the business unit with opening national title orders,which includes managing and tracking
  • Assist with the implementation of new clients
  • Provide daily reporting of new orders and communicates with thebusiness until on turn times
  • Perform qualitycontrol checks of documents
  • Perform data entryinto our data bases and other documents as required.
  • UtilizeUPS for tracking of incoming and outgoing documents.
  • Answer phone callsand emails from our clients.
  • Closeout orders and maintain manifests of documents being sent back to clients.
  • All other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • High School diploma or equivalent or preferred.
  • 1 -2 years’ experience working in an office environment.
  • 1-2 years’ title industry experience
  • Familiarity with the Loan Modification Process is a plus.
  • Proven customer service skills.
  • Must be able to use and have basic computer skills and beproficient in the Microsoft software products.
  • Must be able to multi-task.
  • Must be capable of meeting daily production goals with ahigh level of accuracy.
  • Critical reasoning and thinking skills required.
