This candidate MUST HAVE 3+ years of Family Law experience, PC Lawexperience, and can work well independently under minimal supervision.

Primary Duties Include
Manage calendar for lawyer and law clerk
Prepareand arrange filling of court documentation
Orderoffice supplies, manage maintenance contracts, prepare rooms for clientmeetings
Manage office finances including all day-to-day bookkeeping
Maintain data entry of all expenses billable to clients, accounts payable and accounts receivable
Generate client invoices and monthly bank reconciliations
Communicatewith vendors, staff and legal professionals
Deal with individuals at various levels internally and externally
Other administrative duties asrequired
Required Experience / Skills / Qualifications
Solid knowledge of PCLaw and DivorceMate
Strongverbal and written communication skills
Confidentand dependable, with strong initiative and ability to work both independentlyand in a team oriented atmosphere
Strong organization and timemanagement skills
Ability to work under pressure and anticipate needs, adjust to changing priorities and handle tasks in a timely manner
Ability to communicate professionally with clients and staff
Strong interpersonal skills, along with diplomacy and professionalism
Ability to handle confidential information with integrity and discretion
