As the rental shop supervisor you are responsible for the entire rental shop, and general administrative duties, you will lead and motivate a team of individuals whose focus is to ensure that our guests’ expectations are met, if not exceeded.

Ensure Methods of communication are correct and updated regularly. Work within a team atmosphere with other departments and external suppliers to ensure that departmental and company goals and objectives are being met Responsible for staff adherence to panorama policies and procedures Conduct morning staff briefs, defining special groups or situations that have come up Complete pay roll administration weekly in an accurate and timely fashion Oversee rental fleets skis, high performance skis, snowboards rental boots, helmets, poles, etc Handle difficult customer situations in a polite and professional manner Administer course and test for staff to get their binding certification Reconcile cash, receipts, and a float all floats Ordering and receiving food and beverage items on a day to day basis-
Performing daily operational routines and all related procedures (merchandising, restocking, cleanliness, check lists etc.
Must take and pass a binding certification test Must take suppliers product knowledge workshops. Giving you the basic knowledge of ski’s, boots and boards, to be able to give advice and recommendations based on each personal preference and ability Constantly checking condition of all rental skis, high performance skis, snowboards, boots Preparation and dispensing of a wide variety of products including alcohol Maintain accurate guest bills, and be able to explain charges Operate a computer pos system and all related procedures Keep accurate files and records of guest’s skis and charges and be able to explain all charges to the guest Experience / Requirements strong leadership skills strong attention to detail previous supervision experience is an asset excellent problem solving must be able to lift at least 50 lbs.
