What you will do : Responsibilities will be supporting Project Development and Project Engineering leads : Responsibility for completion of activities to support project development and engineering including but not limited to : Storage of records, documents and decisions during the Project Life Cycle Taking clear and accurate minutes during project team meetings Coordination of stakeholders to facilitate effective decision making Preparation of presentations Site visits to engage with key stakeholders and collect pertinent data Engagement with Engineering Design companies Drawing / design reviews Creating of Document of Understandings to support Project Development Lead Who you are : You are currently enrolled in a full time post-secondary program studying Engineering and will be returning to full time school immediately following the work term.
Effective and professional communication both verbal and written with ability to communicate with all levels within the organization.
Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Ability to work in a team environment as well as independently. Effective time management and organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Be able to meet deliverables on specified deadlines Solid computer skills and experience using MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Be able to maintain confidentiality, especially with handling sensitive documents and company information Ability to actively and consistently represent Enbridge’s core values (Safety, Integrity, Respect).
Working Conditions : Office based role. Up to 10% travel to field locations. The Summer Student will always be accompanied by a staff representative of Enbridge to minimize risk exposure.
No physical activity would be required. Relocation assistance is not provided.
