We currently have an exciting opportunity for you to bring your skills and knowledge as a dedicated Plumber at Burnaby Hospital in Burnaby, British Columbia .

Build on your education and career experience as you :

Perform a variety of skilled plumbing work at the journeyman level in the installation, construction, alteration, troubleshooting, maintenance, repair and / or service of plumbing equipment and systems;

Installs, test, maintain and repair natural gas lines, appliances, equipment and accessories

Inspect and test cross-connection and backflow prevention systems

Review work requests and carry out relevant preventative maintenance, in compliance with applicable codes and regulations

Maintain an inventory of supplies and equipment

Qualifications :

Certificate of Apprenticeship or Trades Qualification Certificate as a journeyman Plumber

Class B level Gas Fitter''s License with an electrical endorsement recognized by the Province of BC.

Valid Certificate of Competency as a Cross Connection Control Specialist issued by the American Water Works Association, BC Section.

Two (2) years' recent, related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience.
