We are looking for a dynamic Director, Product and Services to lead a strong and dedicated Team in delivering innovative and exceptional customer experiences and outcomes.

In close collaboration with Engineers, Sales, Client Services and Engagement, Operations and more you will help define the future of pharmacy and evolve Canada’s most dominant suite of pharmacy systems and products to meet the future demands of our customers.

This role will report directly to the General Manager, Pharmacy.

  • Discover and validate market opportunities, analyzing the competitive landscape
  • Establish processes for product-centric and data-driven decision making in advancing customer-focused approaches
  • Partner and drive customer feedback and overall satisfaction across functions including service delivery and client support
  • Own and develop customer-centric roadmaps, establishing key value indicators and timelines
  • Shape best practices for roadmap prioritization, innovation and product portfolio management
  • Deliver on our product development life cycle jointly with engineering leadership
  • Communicate product roadmaps internally, and externally with clients in alignment with our strategic vision
  • Support and make key commercial decisions that enable the sales and marketing teams to deliver business value and profitability
  • Work with key customers and members of cross functional teams to gather requirements for future releases and feedback on current releases
  • Mentor and coach a team of Product Managers on best approaches to Agile processes including story writing, roadmapping, and sprint planning
  • Foster collaborative relationships with cross functional teams within Pharmacy Solutions, external partners and customers
  • Measure, track, and report on key metrics of product success, including customer satisfaction, product quality and reliability
  • Develop standards and procedures to ensure that security and quality standards are met and consistent across the products
  • What you bring

  • 7-10 years of product management experience using Agile work processes
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in information systems, business. Pharmacy, healthcare and / or an MBA is a plus
  • Customer-obsessed attitude and commercial mindset
  • Knowledge of software development lifecycle process and methodologies
  • Proven experience creating and clearly communicating product-focused strategy to broad audiences including an executive level audience
  • Flexibility to change gears and move from macro strategy and roadmapping to more granular activities such as story writing or troubleshooting
  • An ability to connect business goals to customer outcomes and product goals
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully lead and develop a team of product managers
  • A bias for action and leveraging a data-driven approaches
  • An insatiable curiosity that drives you to understand a problem from all angles, to gather information from a diverse range of sources, and to understand how outcomes will impact success
  • Proven success delivering enterprise-scale products
  • Experience crafting success metrics for new feature releases and monitoring the health of existing features
  • Ability to influence stakeholders and build consensus
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (you listen before you speak, and want to make sure every voice is heard)
  • Nice-to-haves

  • Experience working with and developing Enterprise-class SaaS solutions
  • Knowledge of health technology standards
  • Bilingual : French / English
