Responsibilities :

  • Supports ERP (SAP / Oracle) System to include, but not limited to monthly and annual reporting, information integrity updates, system testing and enhancements.
  • Provides primary support for the Contractor Management System (CMS) including all data management and reporting, upkeep of tools and templates, Admin Manual updates and training support.
  • Key Liaison with ASC support for the CMS system.
  • Serves as key support for ISNet, SAP SRM and Ariba procurement tools.
  • Assists with the identification, design and proposal of technical solutions, models, tools and techniques to assist Supply Chain processes.
  • Responsible for process and procedure documentation.
  • Assists with the development, maintenance and execution of test scripts for all applicable SAP / Oracle Supply Chain modules.
  • Provides tier one support for end users and develop & maintain training tools and resources.
  • Upkeep of Departmental Metrics and key performance indicators which includes tracking, collection and manipulation of data for monthly reports.
  • Maintains department shared drive which includes data integrity management, records retention requirements and general upkeep.
  • Conducts annual Spend Analysis including data massage, categorization and reporting.
  • Provides back-up coverage and general support for Buyers including RFP administration, call handling and ERP (SAP / Oracle) data entry.
  • Qualifications : Required :

    Required :

  • University degree in Business or Supply Chain with limited previous experience required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Exceptional organization skills, ability to conceptualize, set priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Analytical skills and ability to use technology to drive efficiencies and process improvement including ERP systems (SAP), SharePoint, Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Visio.
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills.
  • Time management skills with ability to work independently and / or in a team environment.
  • Preferred :

  • Understanding of inventory processes, systems and database management preferred.
  • Two (2) years of experience with SAP and / or Oracle with MM, SRM, PM.
  • Complex problem solving skills (identify any potential issues / barriers and recommend solutions).
  • At least 3-5 years prior gas industry work experience preferred.
