Key Responsibilities

  • This position will report to the Marketing Director and will be responsible for working with an internal cross-functional team, to support marketing programs across all departments
  • Support franchisees with their websites and PPC campaigns. Measuring and reporting on the performance of their digital marketing campaigns
  • Onboard new franchisees and working with online vendors to launch their local site
  • Release a weekly newsletter to the franchise network including information from all departments
  • Contrive and implement various seasonal print, social media and web campaigns like summer, report cards, back to school, holiday season, and etc.
  • Every month train and educate a new class of franchisees from across the globe on PPC campaigns, SEO, how to manage their online business listings such as Google My Business pages, Yelp, and other review platforms
  • Conduct quarterly meetings with approved online vendors to discuss any issues, changes, performance and updates
  • Work closely with graphic designers to create new marketing collateral as required
  • Act as main point of contact for vendors if any issues arise - printers, designers, and online vendors.

  • Manage marketing ticketing system to ensure high levels of customer service
  • Develop creative and innovative presentations to help position Tutor Doctor as a pioneering brand
  • Assist with marketing education across the network, including franchisees, Franchise Field Consultants, Launch Support Specialists, and other key stakeholders
  • Support Director in developing and streamlining processes to create a more efficient department
  • Support Marketing Director in managing budgets
  • Develop, implement and manage new pilots
  • Support other team members in their personal and professional development
  • Skills

  • Proven working experience in digital marketing
  • Demonstrable experience leading and managing SEO / SEM, PPC, marketing database, email, social media and / or display advertising campaigns
  • A passion for education and helping others succeed
  • A very strong work ethic and attention to detail
  • Creative, out-of-the-box thinking
  • A project manager mindset who can work independently
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to prioritize
  • Google AdWords Certification is an asset
