About the Position :
Reporting to the Director, Corporate Strategy, Candidate will participate in analyzing, developing and evaluating the strategic needs and plans of the organization.
The role will support diagnosis and analysis activities and recommendation formulation in support of decision making for the office of the President.
A successful candidate will play a key role in helping to develop corporate strategies and enabling organization execution and adoption of these strategies.

Perform complex data analysis blending operational and financial data to allow senior management to make critical business decisions.
Work with Director to lead key portions of Ceridian’s strategic planning process : helping coordinate and drive cross functional teams as part of short-term and long-term planning
Lead in depth analysis that provides actionable strategic insights; present key findings and propose recommendations.
Manage projects including deliverable creations, progress tracking, communications, and liaising with other teams / stakeholders
Lead cross functional teams across Finance, Sales, Services and Global Business Services to facilitate Ceridian’s SRP forecast, provide analytical insight and strategic perspectives to help enhance team’s output
Deliver work that is of high quality, accuracy and relevant - this includes financial and analytical models, management-ready presentations, and other relevant outputs as required.
Gain foundational understanding of current and future business processes.
Understand revenue and expense implications of Ceridian’s changing business model
Assist on other ad hoc projects across the Corporate Strategy team as required.
Minimum of five to seven years of experience, with one or more years in top-tier consulting, investment banking or corporate strategy at a multi-million dollar company.
Bachelor’s degree in an analytical field, such as engineering, economics, finance or business; MBA strongly preferred.
Excellent organizational skills, follow-through on tasks, and ability to prioritize multiple tasks under pressure.
Evidence of strong analytical skills, problem solving, and strong logical thinking.
Skilled at influencing and communicating with a diverse set of functions and audiences.
Ability to create complex financial models to simulate portfolio-level scenarios.
Strong PowerPoint skills with the ability to craft executive-ready presentations.
Comfortable working in a highly dynamic environment. Agile and able to adjust quickly to changing priorities.
