Reporting to : Chief Revenue Officer

Position Summary :
Pivotree is seeking a talented, entrepreneurial-minded individual with a strong eCommerce background to join our product team as we continue to build innovative services.
Pivotree’s goal is to offer commerce services that delight our customers. The mission of the product team is to drive the product strategy to achieve this goal and solidify the Pivotree brand as a customer focused commerce services provider.
In order to achieve this, we need a product manager that understand the needs of our customers and can gather product requirements in order to launch new eCommerce services and enhance existing offerings
Roles & Responsibilities :
Work closely with the SVP for ecommerce to define our ecommerce strategy and product portfolio
Understand market opportunities and customer pain points by engaging customers directly and through market and competitive research - use this knowledge to define and document business requirements and build prioritized product / service roadmaps
Work closely with the engineering and operations teams to help determine technical requirements and execution schedule
Work with marketing team to define target customer profiles and build strong product messaging focusing on business benefits and competitive differentiators of the products you manage
Engage and partner with third party vendors to leverage their capabilities as needed
Work with the finance team on pricing strategy and revenue forecasts
Provide training to sales, marketing and solution engineers on product capabilities, marketing message and pricing
Engage customers and prospects in coordination with sales to drive product adoption and grow and foster an ecosystem of users
KEY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES :
Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering or related fields
2+ years of experience with eCommerce products like Oracle Commerce, SAP Hybris or ElasticPath
2+ years of experience in product management, management consulting or ecommerce services
Strong customer focus and ability to bring the voice of the customer to internal discussions
Strong execution skills and ability to drive throughout the product life cycle, from concept to launch
Ability to multi-task and collaborate with broader cross-functional teams to gather consensus
Solid communication skills with the ability to convey complex technical solutions to stakeholders with differing levels of technical expertise
Experience with the various products and solutions that are part of the commerce end to end process including order management, search, content management, etc.
Master’s degree in Business, Engineering or related fields
Financial acumen with experience budgeting and revenue forecasting
