Job Duties and Responsibilities Include :
Work with customer to formulate the best service plan for their budget and needs.
Provides cost estimates to customers
Deal with technicians to fix time on work orders
Go through completed work order, finalize the work orders; make sure the proper stock number is there, hours provided from machine, all the wording is correct, make sure right accounts charged
Explains the work completed by mechanics and makes suggestion for future maintenance.
Provides billing statements and explains billing details
Uses internal customer database to maintain electronic records of completed service work
Work with vendor for warranty work on equipment
Adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety standards as the company is committed to the protection and wellness of its employees
Job Requirements and Qualifications Include :
Certified Journeyperson in Agriculture Equipment Technician or Heavy Equipment Technician
Must be fluent in the English language
Experience working on CASE IH agriculture equipment a necessity
Demonstrates detailed knowledge of the AG industry
Exhibits strong customer service skills
