Job Duties and Responsibilities Include :

  • Work with customer to formulate the best service plan for their budget and needs.
  • Provides cost estimates to customers
  • Deal with technicians to fix time on work orders
  • Go through completed work order, finalize the work orders; make sure the proper stock number is there, hours provided from machine, all the wording is correct, make sure right accounts charged
  • Explains the work completed by mechanics and makes suggestion for future maintenance.
  • Provides billing statements and explains billing details
  • Uses internal customer database to maintain electronic records of completed service work
  • Work with vendor for warranty work on equipment
  • Adhere to all Occupational Health and Safety standards as the company is committed to the protection and wellness of its employees
  • Job Requirements and Qualifications Include :

  • Certified Journeyperson in Agriculture Equipment Technician or Heavy Equipment Technician
  • Must be fluent in the English language
  • Experience working on CASE IH agriculture equipment a necessity
  • Demonstrates detailed knowledge of the AG industry
  • Exhibits strong customer service skills
