Reporting to the Sales Manager, the Account Executive will be responsible for generating revenue by closing sales of Intouch Insight's Customer Experience Software products and services.


Manage a furnished list of leads and opportunities generated by the Marketing teams and cold calling efforts. Create Territory plans to ensure effective sales coverage and that sales targets are met.

Follow an established sales process to inform customers of Intouch Insights Customer Experience Management products and services.


Maintain scrupulous call records and account status information in our CRM. Participate in developing sales strategies and forecasts.


Become a demo guru through practice and by continually learning new features and functions as they become available.


Maintain thorough knowledge of Intouch Insight products and services, as well as sales objectives, strategies, pricing, implementation policies and practices.


Consistently delivers results. Works as hard and as long as needed to achieve results. Demonstrates personal initiative and independent motivation to achieve goals and objectives.

Demonstrates strong selling skills by an ability to prospect and qualify leads, identify customer needs, translate features to benefits, deliver effective demos, negotiate, and close sales.

  • Degree / diploma or equivalent training in business, marketing or sales.
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant and successful sales experience in a B2B software company focusing on small and medium-sized business (SMB).
  • Exceptional Phone-based communication, presentation and demonstration skills.
  • Proven ability to qualify customer needs and then translate product functionality into client value.
  • Track record of consistent quota over-achievement.
  • Excellent proficiency when learning new software and computer skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to achieve results while operating under minimal supervision.
  • Previous formal sales training is an asset.
