The Role :
Reporting to the Regional Manager, you will have total responsibility for managing field operations. This will include people management, asset management, recruitment, training, performance management, and results attainment.
Quality and safety are priorities as well as customer focus and cost containment.
What you bring :
You are an experienced leader with measurable achievements. You have run one or more teams and led them to the winner’s circle.
You are adept at identifying the issues and solving them. You can both lead by example, and delegate. You have run a business by the #s and have held previous roles with P&L responsibility.
You have great written and Verbal communications skills. You are looking for a career, rather than another job.
