Who you are : We’re looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Partnerwho is organized, thrives in a fast-paced environment, is passionate about creating a top notch candidate experience and is genuinely interested in long term growth alongside our business.

Reporting to the Senior Manager, Talent Acquisition you will be supporting the recruitment efforts for our high growth engineering team, while playing a key role in building out a world-class Talent team.

Let's give you a purpose :

  • Build meaningful relationships with our key stakeholders across the organization
  • Work closely with senior leadership to understand upcoming and future recruitment goals
  • Source top talent in alignment with the business priorities and hiring objectives
  • Eliminate agency fees by acting as our primary talent agent
  • Leverage various recruitment tools to support difficult-to-fill roles
  • Work intimately with hiring managers to create compelling job descriptions
  • Post roles on Validere’s Career page, job boards, social media channels, and school websites
  • Ensure all job postings are aligned with company standards
  • Update ATS as needed and ensure the hiring team is well-informed on the pipeline
  • Screen resumes, conduct phone interviews and reference checks
  • Support internal teams by scheduling and coordinating all stages of the recruitment process
  • Create pipelines for our Engineering and Data Science roles to execute the recruitment strategy
  • Keep detailed and accurate metrics on acceptance rate, cost-per-hire, time-to-fill, etc.
  • Build out an internship program, attend virtual and in-person career fairs
  • Manage the employee referral program
  • Work closely with the Talent & Culture Specialist to ensure a smooth handover for onboarding
  • Be a Validere brand ambassador, coordinate employer branding initiatives and hiring events
  • Deliver a top notch candidate experience throughout the entire recruitment life-cycle
  • What you'll bring along :

  • A minimum of 5 years experience in a recruitment role hiring both technical and non-technical positions
  • Experience with high volume tech recruitment
  • Exhibit an excellent technical aptitude and a strong understanding of relevant roles in the tech industry
  • Ability to problem solve, demonstrate initiative, and think innovatively and intuitively
  • Natural ability to communicate with others and be a people person by building genuine relationships
  • Ability to grasp new tools, be adaptable and be able to switch gears if plans suddenly change
  • A strong team-player with the ability to engage with all levels of the organization
  • Exceptional follow-up to keep candidates and key stakeholders in the loop
  • Comfortable in a flat organization with the ability to take autonomy and run with it
  • Nice to have :

  • Experience with Lever ATS
  • Experience with Google Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc)
