YOUR ROLE

Lead & execute Canada’s marketing strategy for the JoiColor System brands as well as ISO care / texture brands.

Create and execute initiatives that drive brand growth. Drive the development, implementation and evaluation of both short-

and long-term strategic marketing plans.

Main tasks & responsibilities :

  • Drive brand growth with thoughtful implementation of strong programs, promotions and new product launches
  • Gather and analyze the data and insights needed to create optimal short- and long-term strategies
  • Close collaboration with key internal functions such as Sales, Education, Logistics / Forecasting, Creative / Graphic Design as well as North American and Global counterparts for successful execution of marketing plans
  • YOUR SKILLS

  • Manage projects cross functionally, demonstrating a strong sense of ownership, urgency and responsiveness
  • Bachelor's degree

    Minimum 5 years brand management experience in relevant industry

    Must have a collaborative approach, confident decision-making skills, be creative, detail oriented and have a passion for beauty / hair

    Strong team orientation

    Business and financial acumen
