Administrative assistant / Receptionist (37h50 / week) from 9h to 17h

Permanent position

Our client, a company working in the financial field is looking for an administrative assistant / receptionist.


  • Welcomes customers and / or other visitors
  • Answer and direct calls to the people concerned.
  • Manages the reception and team mailboxes
  • Prepares files for advisers financial planners
  • Schedules appointments
  • Ensures mail management
  • Prepares folders for client reports and documents for prospects
  • Ensures the inventory of stationery, documents and material of fund companies
  • Performs data entry in the different systems used
  • Management of restrictions, duplicates, creation of families in Navigator
  • Assists the administrative director and the general director.
  • Assists and replaces the administrative director during his absences.
  • Performs certain transactions supervised by the director administrative
  • Assists the senior partner with certain tasks. For example : Writing the monthly newsletter and publications for social networks.
  • Assists the general manager with various tasks, including follow-up to welcome emails and satisfaction calls.

  • Since our business is expanding, the job description and the list of tasks may vary according to our needs. Your experience, your skills and your implication and your capacity to adapt will determine the type of tasks which will be assigned to you.


    The schedule of work required will be from Monday to Friday from 9 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m.

    A total of 37.5 hours per week.


    A salary annual (to be discussed) in gross annual salary and will be indexed once a year on January 1 of each year.

    Objectives and bonuses

    We will establish set of objectives related to the tasks and responsibilities giving the right to a bonus paid annually.

    Qualifications required

    Experience - customer service

    Experience - administrative assistant

    Experience in a financial environment is an asset (private practice or banking institution)
