McMillen Jacobs Associates has an immediate need for a Senior Associate or Principal Consultant in its Chicago and Vancouver BC offices.
Responsibilities Our Claims Practice Group seeks to expand through the addition of senior-level professionals. The listed positions require professionals with significant construction consulting expertise with a proven ability to generate business, manage projects and lead project teams to deliver quality service to our clients.

20) years of experience in the construction industry, plus Experience in consulting in dispute resolution Track record of successful business origination and project delivery to clients and attorneys within the construction industry Professional and / or Industry Certifications (e.
g. PE, AIA, AACE certifications) Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) Prior Expert Witness Testimony experience Proficiency with standard construction industry software tools (e.
g. Primavera, Microsoft Project, Microsoft Office) Knowledge of Contracts, Claim Procedures, and current trends in the analysis of CPM schedules Strong conceptual and analytical skills Flexibility and responsiveness in managing multiple projects Plan, direct, and coordinate work activities of others
