They are a small but busy office located in Kingston, Ontario.The successful candidate will have strong expertise in residential law and ishighly proficient in Conveyancer, Teraview and PC law.

Primary Duties Include
Opening and closing files
Drafting and sending correspondence, docketing, etc.
Filing and record-keeping, maintaining internal databases
Client banking, as required
Preparation of residential real-estate documents, including purchases or sales, title searches, agreements, financing, etc.
Power of Sales and resale transactions of timeshares
Handling files from start to finish with minimal supervision
Required Experience / Skills / Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Residential Real Estate law
Law Clerk Diploma
Excellent computer skills including, PC Law, Teraview, Conveyancer, etc.
Strong organizational abilities and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while prioritizing accordingly
Excellent oral and written communication skills accompanies with strong legal research skills
Strong organizational skills, with the ability to work well under pressure
Ability to work overtime as needed
