Job Description

We’re looking for skilled career individuals to join a dynamic sales and marketing organization where you’ll connect with some of the most creative, spirited, energetic people in the industry.

This role provides sales support to Credit Planning Consultants. You will be responsible for providing accurate and efficient processing of credit client files for both All-

in-One banking product and mortgages. Our Sales & Marketing Support team members contribute both individually and collaboratively to generate new ideas and initiatives.

Accountabilities :

  • Provide dedicated support to the Credit Planning Consultants
  • Manages and processes the flow of applications and changes
  • Correspond and facilitate the communication flow with Creditors, Clients and Advisors; provides exceptional client service
  • Responsible for building and maintaining a strong working relationship with external partners, underwriters and the Credit Planning Consultant
  • Exemplifies superior communication skills to create clarity and efficiency in process
  • Contributes to a superior customer experience by negotiating and influencing the case outcome on the client’s behalf with external underwriting partners
  • Qualifications and Competencies :

  • Solid understanding of mortgages and credit lending practices
  • Ability to juggle multiple and changing priorities and meet deadlines
  • High degree of professionalism and communication skills are required
  • Very good / excellent level of knowledge with respect to credit and mortgages
  • Ability to handle highly sensitive and confidential communications
  • Strong negotiation abilities
  • Effective change management skills
  • Possesses the ability to work well within a diverse team environment in addition to working independently
  • Post-secondary education in a business discipline or equivalent experience
  • Progressive, creative and established critical thinking skills with an aptitude for new ways of working
  • Experience working within a Mortgage Brokerage firm or the mortgage and credit services industry would be a definite asset
