Job CategoryProgram / Project Management Job Details Reporting to the Director, Revenue Operations PMO, this role will have strategic and operational responsibility for the Quote to Cash Modernization (QtC) Corporate Strategic Initiative (CSI) program as a Revenue Operations Program Manager.
The Revenue Operations department is responsible for pricing & product operations, sales operations, global incentive compensation, partner operations, and corresponding systems enablement functions which are required to support the sales organization.
As a member of the central QtC program management team you will partner closely with functional leaders as well as a team of program managers from across the company to transform our business in alignment with Salesforce s COO’s 5-year vision.
The ability to manage and drive a cross functional team to strategic outcomes is a critical competency for this role. You will align to the corporate strategic planning process ensuring your initiative is scoped and budgeted appropriately to ensure strategic programmatic outcomes.
serve as liaison and RevOps stakeholder advocate to QtC program management partners; and work with functional leadership to keep them abreast of programmatic strategies and challenges.
Responsibilities : Program Leadership : Provide effective and inspiring leadership, acting as a trusted advisor to business leads and subject matter experts, by being actively involved in all phases of program delivery services, developing a broad and deep knowledge of all programs and projects associated with the CSI.
Identify opportunities to leverage cross-program strengths to take advantage of new opportunities and / or to address organizational challenges.
Partner with business unit leadership to manage effectively within program budget, ensure sound fiscal management and report accurately on progress made and challenges encountered.
Manage and cultivate internal stakeholder, partner, leader and PMO relationships to secure and expand partnership and execution success.
Strategic Plan Implementation : Supports early stage programmatic leadership to define the program outcomes including driving stakeholder alignment.
Coalesces a variety of inputs into a cohesive plan and drives accountability among cross business leadership while maintaining positive relationships.
Implement the strategic plan by partnering with a cross functional Revenue Operations team to architect and drive the comprehensive outcomes based roadmap for the initiative Functional Leadership : Bring ideas and fresh perspectives to help in forming a vision for Quote to Cash business process excellence Ability to navigate and understand a broad group of perspectives and requirements from stakeholder teams (e.
g. Revenue Operations, Tax, Compliance, Business Technology (IT), Product Development, etc.) and how they all must work together to deliver an end-to-end process that meets the needs of the collective.

The successful candidate will partner with the Quote to Cash business teams and work collaboratively with a high-performance team.
Specific requirements include : Mastery of complex program management (technical implementations, process innovation, standardization & simplification), dependency management and delivery across multiple stakeholder constituencies to accelerate program delivery.
Subject matter expertise of Quote to Cash business processes based on relevant front line experience and / or experience transforming and implementing Quote to Cash processes and technologies.
Demonstrated ability to improve efficiency of business processes with both technology and process improvement methodologies.
Solution oriented with the ability to work collaboratively with technical and non-technical business functions to overcome roadblocks.
Ability to assess situations and support teams with formulating decisions in a systematic and decisive manner. Effectively uses data as a tool for decisions, innovates and challenges the status quo.
Ability to communicate effectively with program teams and influence without authority across levels and functions. Deep understanding of how to work directly with a large number of cross functional stakeholders and drive teams with differing perspectives & methodologies in a unifying direction to improve decision-making and business outcomes.
Ability to learn quickly and work effectively in a rapidly changing environment and motivate / champion self and team members in the midst of stresses and tensions of a high profile area Highly entrepreneurial, flexible, and innovative with a demonstrated bias for action and thriving in a matrixed, fast paced environment Ability to point to specific examples of having led or supported large, cross-functional transformation projects, program development and the business results achieved.
Effectively manage, motivate and champion a team of cross-functional project members Minimum BS / BA degree with at least 5 years of experience and a track record in program management.
