Based in the CBI Health Group NB region , and reporting to the Director of Operations, you will act as Project Leader for our WPS line of business, leading the development and execution of growth-

oriented strategies that set the standard for innovative service delivery focused on employer services. With your unique mix of clinical, project management and / or sales expertise , you will ensure that strategies align with other business segments, by leveraging current relationships, targeting strategic new relationships, and working closely with internal and external stakeholders.

We will count on you, as our subject matter expert , to lead marketplace navigation and actively seek strategic opportunities for business development in Workplace Solutions, as well as drive and achieve business performance in the segment in collaboration with the Director of Operations and Clinic Managers, while ensuring we are committed to growing a talent-

rich network with strong engagement.


As Project Leader, Workplace Solutions , you will :

  • Perform marketplace analysis in the employer services segment
  • Maintain subject matter expertise in the development and delivery of employer-based services
  • Create, implement and execute strategic plans (organic and inorganic)
  • Identify and nurture strategic provincial / national partnerships in the community, including acquisition relationships, and deepen relationships with existing business partners / stakeholders to increase volume of existing services, and identify gaps and new service delivery opportunities
  • Showcase and market CBI Health Group Services (the integrated network) to current and potential funders, specifically within or adjacent to the segment
  • Based on your solid understanding of stakeholder priorities, strategic direction and gaps in service provision, ensure the region is well positioned to create and execute on innovative solutions to stakeholder challenges
  • Ensure service delivery models within the segment are effective, efficient and scalable, and deliver sound business performance (clinical outcome, appropriate margin)
  • Analyze monthly financial and KPI reports and results for employer services, to identify opportunities to improve and close gaps
  • Ensure regions are prepared to effectively allocate needed resources, by ensuring that the right skills and experience are available within the clinic network and consultant group
  • Ensure clinical performance indicators in the segment are tracking to or exceeding expectations, and work closely with internal stakeholders to establish effective remedial action plans
  • In partnership with provincial and regional leaders, ensure compliance with contractual and partnership agreements and performance
  • Drive staff development and succession planning within the business segment, modelling company values and hiring, training, mentoring, managing and developing leaders.

    To take on the role of Project Leader, Workplace Solutions, you must :

  • Be a certified Physiotherapist, Occupational Therapists or Kinesiologist, or a clinic manager, with strong project management or sales experience
  • Be committed to maintaining subject matter expertise in the employer services sector
  • Be customer-focused and accountable
  • Be self-directed as a leader with strengths in employee development and coaching
  • Possess exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to function effectively in a multi-stakeholder environment where professional business relationships are key
  • Be a conceptual thinker with a well-established results orientation
  • Be able to analyze performance data and create strategies for improvement.
