WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
The Ecommerce Manager role is responsible for all on-site campaign management, product content organization and spearheads all site merchandising initiatives.
This includes, but is not limited to, overseeing the activation and optimization of the onsite shopping experience. We are looking for a business driver who is excited and passionate about leading the digital business for INDOCHINO and help to top stay at the forefront of Ecommerce in the menswear apparel.
Manage the site content and product go-live schedule to ensure that products are activated in a timely manner, maximizing selling time on site
Oversee the product activation process, which includes ensuring products are strategically categorized for maximized selling exposure, and accurately filtered
Coordinate product photography needs with Creative Services
Work cross functionally with 3rd party vendors
Be obsessed with site metrics and scorecards - constantly analyze and distribute reports on site performance. Utilize these metrics and KPIs to effect change and improvement inside the organization.
Be current with industry best practices for web / mobile ecomm features and functionality
Familiarly with web UI / UX best practices
Using analytics, and A / B testing, ideate new site features and strategies to improve UX and conversion rate
Constantly QA the site to ensure customer facing content and merchandising are accurate
Optimize content to improve the customer experience, journey maximize to understand the customer path
Work within ecommerce platform to ensure product catalogue is accurate, implement sorting rules and ensure pricing bands is accurate and maintained
Work cross-functionally with the development team to continually optimize site speed, UI / UX, and conversion across all devices and browsers
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
Bachelor's Degree (preferably in Business Administration)
Minimum of 4 years’ experience in digital retail, specifically content management, site merchandising, and product photography
Must possess a deep understanding in the trends, needs, innovations, and pace of the Ecommerce industry
Experience with Google Analytics, tagging, SEO, heat mapping tools, A / B testing platforms, and ticketing systems is a plus
Must be reliable, self-motivated, and highly organized with a strong attention to detail and accuracy
Must be able to work independently / take initiative and challenge the existing operations when necessary
Must be able to work cross-functionally and with multiple vendors
Must have excellent communication skills
Must be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Must demonstrate a positive attitude, flexibility, and passion for continuous improvement
Should be digitally savvy
