Client Service Specialist

  • Role Purpose

    Develops customer relationships and supports account management, executing standard a sales process where applicable.

    Role Responsibilities

  • Maintains and or increases revenue from existing accounts
  • Develops and executes go-to-market plans for assigned accounts
  • Executes a simple sales process; interactions with customers will tend to be less complex due to relatively standard offerings
  • Sells relatively standardised offerings
  • Spends majority of time with existing customers on sales (reactive and proactive) / post sales activities
  • Supports less experienced colleagues with more complex customer queries.
  • Minimum Requirements

  • This is an Individual Contributor role
  • Relevant Degree or equivalent
  • Experience of inbound / outbound sales and relationship management
  • Exposure to relevant industries and / or products.
