Reporting to the guest services supervisor, the guest services agent is responsible for providing a value-added experience to all Eagle River Casino & Travel Plaza Guests throughout our property.
They are accountable for developing one-to-one relationships with all internal and external guests. They provide a welcoming environment to guests using these services.
They provide support when managing guest accounts in retail sales and provide personal contact for all gift shop transactions.
This position is critical in developing guest contact at either location and fostering loyalty with our patrons.
Ensures guest satisfaction with plaza services
Liaises with other department associates
Responsible for store opening and closing procedures
Responsible for accurate cash handling procedures
Accountable for daily till drop at cash cage
Maintains ongoing presentation management of store items
Responsible for safe and secure storage of guest items at coat check
Responsible for the daily execution of operational goals and objectives
Any other duties as required
Successful completion of a high school diploma is necessary
Minimum of 1 year of cash handling experience
Minimum of 1 year of retail experience
Hospitality or marketing diploma an asset
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
Experience in the gaming, hospitality, customer service or retail industry
