Position Summary :
This position is responsible for all aspects of non-academic recruitment including planning, sourcing, and assessing candidates for positions in the Faculty of Medicine.
This role will develop sourcing plans, actively source and recruit high quality internal and external candidates and contribute to an online / social media presence.
Primary Responsibilities :
Minimum Education & Experience :
Three (3) years' experience
Other Qualifying Skills And / Or Abilities : Five (5) years plus recruitment experience (for professional and unionized positions) is preferred.
Working knowledge of applicant tracking systems, knowledge of Workday is an asset. Proficiency in MS Office and internet navigation.
Experience in social media and recruitment webpage design and implementation is an asset. Knowledge of recruitment metrics (cycle time, quality of hire, etc.
and experience collaborating with recruitment firms is an asset. Excellent communication skills, spoken and written, both in French and English (mandatory).
Able to build strong collaborative working relationships with managers at all levels and within a team. Demonstrated ability to adjust to changing priorities and deadlines and to problem-
solve. Ability to show initiative while working in a structured environment. HR certification, CHRP (CRIA, CRHA) designation.
