We are seeking an office manager for our career and employment services program in a part time or full time capacity.

Based in Edmonton, AB , the Office Manager will be responsible for working with Program Managers and Vocational Services staff to oversee the facility, ensure customer satisfaction, and assist with administration duties including accounting and reporting.

Duties / Responsibilities

  • Client reception and customer service management
  • Problem solve inquiries and questions from clients and staff
  • Information collection and management including preparing reports and submissions
  • Expense and petty cash processing and control
  • Accounting controls and reporting
  • Daily and monthly bank reconciliation
  • Clinic office management & administration
  • Facility management
  • Assisting in hiring and staff on-boarding
  • Assisting with scheduling of programming, as required
  • Communicate effectively with Vocational Services staff (in Edmonton and Calgary)
  • Adherence to all company protocols
  • Qualifications

  • Strong administrative background
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Well-developed organization and time management skills
  • Excellent understanding of quality customer service
  • Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration is an asset
  • Management experience considered an asset
  • Accounting experience considered an asset
  • Proficient in written and verbal English
