The On Premise Customer Service Representative is the point of contact supporting our Ontario Licensee Customers along with our internal Sales Team.
Providing day to day customer service, order processing with liaising directly with customers, shipping office, carriers, and cross functional teams in a timely and efficient manner.
Ensuring to all timelines are met for order execution.
Key Responsibilities :
Point of Contact for all customers, respond to all emails in an efficient and timely manner
Receive all incoming orders from Ontario Licensee customers, via telephone, e-mail
Responsible for daily order entry in an effective and timely manner meeting MDC requirements
Process orders for Consignment, Mississauga Depot and Licensee
Coordinate pickups from Consignment and Mississauga Depot
Reconcile Direct Delivery Orders daily to ensure there are no errors such as picking errors
Managing to some degree stock levels for Domestic and Import and advising of inventory issues
Work with Ontario On Premise Manager and team on customer service issues and initiatives
Report any quality concerns from Licensee customers to Quality Control Manager and Inventory Control
Maintain filing daily for all Licensee’s
Manage the day to day OTC operations aligning and supporting the DC
Manage the relationship with internal customers to support cross-functional objectives
Optimize work process and document through Standard Operating procedures ensuring ISO compliance
Process Customers returns in a timely and effective manner
Prepare daily order and carrier logs
Create Daily OP for imports inbounds
Reconciliation monthly of imports invoices for accounts receivable
Work Directly with MDC Supervisors and Shipping Co-Ordinator’s
Who you are :
Minimum 2 years Customer Service Experience
Highschool Diploma
Proficient in Excel and Data Processing
Work independently and as part of a team
Multi-tasking
Goal oriented
Aptitude to learning
Attention to detail
JDE Experience an asset
