As a result of rapid growth in our Mississauga office, we are hiring for sales people looking to start their career in the recruitment industry.
Every day we help clients solve their staffing needs. You will be responsible for identifying opportunities and promoting Front Line Work Force Inc recruitment services to a wide variety of clients within your specialist area through cold calling, face to face meetings and networking at industry events.
You will also pro-actively source and screen suitable candidates to provide your clients with a selection of the best people to fill their vacancies.
In order to qualify for this position you could have previous sales experience (B2B sales, outside sales or inside sales) or agency recruitment experience.
Armed with your degree or diploma, you will also bring a passion for creating and maintaining long term relationships. You will have a demonstrated ability influence and negotiate and a natural drive to succeed.

We are offering a competitive base salary 50,000 plus based on qualifications + your commissions, car allowance etc. Candidates should possess decent computer skills in MS Office Suite, excellent communication skills.
Work hours : 9.00am - 5pm with some flexibility required in order to attend client functions. This position will start as soon as possible.
