Reporting to the Manager, Facilities Maintenance & Operations (FM&O) and the Office Supervisor - FM&O, performs complex record keeping such as the preparation of cost and statistical data for capital projects, calculating charges, and maintains related records.
Performs timekeeping and other related clerical duties such as answering queries and drafting and producing documents using word processing, spreadsheet, database, and customized project software.
Education, Training And Experience
Grade 12 and two years recent related experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and experience. Valid Class 5 vehicle license.
